Exhibitor Information

As well as the exhibitor space, as an exhibitor you will also receive:

  • Logo and link on the Baby and Child Show website, Exhibitors Directory. Live from 1 July 2019.

  • Exhibitor announcement on Facebook and Instagram leading up to show.

  • Company name listed on the Online Show Guide sent to database 1 week prior to event.

As we only accept a limited number of  exhibitors per category we cannot guarantee your acceptance.

Exhibitor Site Options

There are 4 types of sites for 2019, floor space only, partitioned sites, framed sites and backdrop sites

Please note:

  • Partitioned walls - The dimensions of the actual partitions are: 1.2m wide x 2.3m high.

  • Power is an additional cost.

  • 2x staff passes are provider per exhibitor, more can be purchased

Extras for site

Tables, Chairs, power, additional tickets and other utilities can be ordered at special rates through Show Management. An order form for these will be sent out 6 weeks prior to the Show.

Add-ons

You can add the following to your registration form as part of being an exhibitor at the Baby and Child Show. These include:

 
  • Facebook - Black Circle
  • Instagram - Black Circle

Social media Packages

Various options available to advertise all year around to the Baby and Child Show databases including:

  • Custom $10-$20

    • One off boosted Facebook post to reach 800-1000 $20

    • One off Facebook post to followers $10

    • One off Sponsored advertisement on Instagram to reach approx. 1.5k $15

 

Direct Email Packages

Newsletter sent to email database every second month starting April 2019. Opportunity to advertise deals and show offers to the database of over 2000 recipients who have attended the show or subscribe on our website.

  • Large advertisement            $100 per issue

  • Medium advertisement        $50 per issue

  • Small advertisement             $25 per issue

 

Online Show Guide

The online show guide will give show goers information about the show 1 week prior to the event. The show guide will include the show map, exhibitor listings, seminar schedule and exclusive show offers you will be providing. The guide will be sent to all everyone on the email database and on the website. If you are interested in advertising in this show guide, confirmation need to be sent to Show Management 6 weeks prior to the show.

  • Full page advertisement                $150

  • Half page advertisement               $100

  • Quarter page advertisement         $50

 

Seminar/Workshop Timeslot

Opportunity to hold a workshop or seminar.  Show Management will confirm your seminar/workshop by  1 August 2019. Schedule will be produced to secure variation for visitors. Times will be displayed on the website and in the online show guide leading up to the show.

Examples include:

  • Demonstrating a baby carrier or car seat

  • Presentation about baby sleep routines
